Abstract:[ Purpose/Significance] The discussion of network public opinion increasingly tends to be pan-politicized. If the pan-politici-zation which is an imbalanced state of public opinion is not dealt with reasonably, it is very likely that more realistic contradictions, con-flicts, and even social disruption may appear. In order to analyze the pan-politicization of network public sentiment and strengthen the healthy guidance of the network public opinion. [ Method/Process] this thesis makes use of relevant theories of communications and poli-tics by the literature reviews and cases analysis. Then based on the clarification of the connotation of pan-politicization of network public sentiment, the thesis classifies three types of reality performance of it: misunderstanding or even reverse cognition of political subjects, querying or denigrating the governing party, and torturing the system. Then it points out the positive forming factors of pan-politicization of network public sentiment:the transfer of communication power, the communication of fragmentation of information dissemination, the ineffective government response capability, the misunderstanding of political issues and the irrational expression of the public. At the same time, the thesis puts forward some negative factors to dispel the pan-politicization of network public sentiment, including the scientific government internet censorship, the reasonable media agenda-setting as well as the improvement of people’ s media literacy. Furthermore, it analyzes specific impacts of pan-politicization. [ Result/Conclusion] Finally it establishes a model of the dynamic mechanism and pro-poses some targeted coping strategies.
