Abstract:This paper presents a new approach combining Principle Component Analysis with Cluster Analyses to classify real-estate economy region at each year, study these result dynamic with correlative compare analyses, and include that Chinese real-estate business develop a rising trend generally, but the gap between the type of developed area with others enlarges gradually. Results show that at one hand we need to encourage the development of backward area of real-estate business, at the other hand we require to pay attention closely to the speed and scale of developed area, guarding against the emerge of real-estate foam.
