Abstract:Since the 1990s, the knowledge spillover has been one of the issues in the front fields of the industry cluster study. But most relevant studies are concentrated with measuring the effects which the knowledge spillover has to the innovation of the industry cluster, and the systematical analysis on how the knowledge spillover influences the innovation of the industry cluster is little. In view of the shortage of existing research, this paper firstly summarizes the connotation of knowledge spillover. Secondly, from the perspective of a single enterprise in the industry cluster, this paper analyses the innovation process of the enterprise in the industry cluster based on the knowledge spillover. Finally, this paper illustrates the importance that the industry cluster values the external knowledge spillover, and builds the innovation process model of enterprise in the industry cluster based on the external knowledge spillover, and also analyzes the factors which influence the validity of this process. This paper provides a new and systematical visual angle to the enterprise innovation in the industry cluster from microcosmic view.
