Take The Non-Financial Factors Into High-Tech Enterprise'S Performance Measurement

Abstract:High-tech industry is one of the important mainstays of the national economy, its performance measurement is an effective method to evaluate the enterprise's value and help to make right decision. But, if we only use financial factors to measure the enterprise's performance, it cannot reflect the enterprise's performance integrated. In this paper, we try to take the non-financial factors into the performance measurement, combining with the financial factors, to evaluate the high-tech enterprise's performance from the technique, intellect and profitable ability. We use Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to find if the system which consists of the financial and non-financial factors can reflect the High-tech enterprise's performance all-sided and integrated.
