Study On Interprovincial Difference About Industry Environment Friendly Degree In China

Abstract:Industry environment friendly is the most important factor of constructing resource conservation and environmentally friendly society. Based on the data from Chinese Statistical Yearbook and Chinese Environment Yearbook in 2007 in 30 provinces, autonomous regions, and metropolis in China, 13 indexes were chosen to evaluate the environment friendly degree, and factor analysis method was employed to study the difference of environment friendly among the provinces. The results showed that there existed significant regional difference about industry environment friendly. It presented tendency of decreasing progressively in turn from eastern part, middle part to western part in China and had some relevance with the industrialization advancement. The results also demonstrated the crucial reason resulting in industry environmental problem was extensive industry growth way instead of industry development itself.
