Abstract:In order to improve the city energy information management, this paper summaries a practical method, using energy flow analysis and energy balance analysis, to evaluate the urban energy information quality and identify the urban energy statistics work problems. This paper selects D city as the sample city to demonstrate how to do energy flow analysis and energy balance analysis. First, evaluate the urban energy information by comparing and checking the energy statistical data, based on the "Energy Statistical Index System" and the balance relationship contained in the "Energy Balance Table" and the "Energy Flow Chart", following the rules that energy statistical data should be of references and the sources of energy statistical data should be checked with. Then, according to the survey of energy statistic work in D city, identify problems in energy statistic work as following: The data from electronic power company is lack of verification, the data from self-provided power plant in industrial enterprises is incorrect, and the data declared independently by industrial enterprises is unused. At last, recommend several practical ways to improve the energy information management in D city, such as improving the energy statistics system construction, strengthening the supervision of electric power company data, and improving statistics in the industrial enterprises self-provided power plants.
