Abstract:According to special environment of construction and different position in a certain deep foundation pit of Beijing, The article analyses the characteristics of stake and anchor and waterproof curtain, selects a project of stake and anchor combine waterproof curtain finally. By supervising in construction and effect after construction, it concludes the combination project can effectively control the settlement and distortion of the building near the deep foundation pit, moreover, compare with other similar projects, the cost reduces greatly. The article accumulates experience of design and construction to similar engineering which adopts diversification projects in big foundation pit.
