The innovation divide into five department by TRIZ,which three of them in the middle guide by it,that is Less Improvement, Radical Improvement and New Concepts This process made innovation more targeted and purpose, greatly shorten the time and improve the efficiency of innovation. Abstract:As a scientific innovative design method, TRIZ has been having a high degree of attention by scholars and entrepreneurs, but that is still insufficient. However, QFD with which technology can complement each other, the innovative ways integrated by QFD, TRIZ solve in the course of what to do and how to do. In this paper, in-depth study about the literatures on the basis of TRIZ and QFD integrated the basis for the analysis of the QFD in the course of implementing the TRIZ tool applications; constructed TRIZ and QFD integrated information model; constructed TRIZ and the innovative model of integrated QFD. Abstract:In the current market, most of the innovation is incremental innovation whose features are identifying problems based on the changing needs and solving problems without changing the current mainstream technology. An incremental innovation design process model based on TRIZ is proposed in this paper. First, with the method of product functional component tree, product without missing and redundant functions can be got through cutting the needless functions and adding the missing ones. Base on this, through constructing performance state diagram of technical subsystem, the performance which can not meet or over meet design requirements can be found. At last, construct the product's three components -function model to transform the performances which do not meet demand into inventive problems which will be solved by the TRIZ tools. The approaches in the process model take full advantage of existing product which has known structure and performance. It avoids duplication of design and reduces design costs.

Abstract:The application of TRIZ in the model construction of undergraduate’s innovation ability estimation was mainly studied. Firstly, the core idea of TRIZ was introduced, and then a problem solver framework was proposed which was based on TRIZ. Finally, the model of undergraduate’s innovation ability estimation is constructed by TRIZ’s instruction. The new model conquered the subjective factors’ negative influence that occurred in the existed literature, and it is more understandable and operable.

Abstract:After reviewing the literature, the concept of Business Model or E-Business Models are discussed in this paper. Firms keep interacting with each other and build all kinds of relationships among them. Based on the theory of business networks, we put forward a networking-based view of business model analysis frame. When we make decisions to choose one or other business models, first, the source of value should be found. Second, business network models, which show the procedure of value creation and distribution, should be analyzed. Third, we choose the feasible network among networks we analyzed. Finally, the firms’ strategy to ensure the location in business networks and turn the business model to a series of business decision are analyzed.

Abstract:By reviewing the researches of business model innovation induced by new technology at home and abroad,the study found that current researches mainly focused on reconstruction and innovation of business models based on the analysis of elements or groups of business model and proposed theoretical frameworks or processes of business model changes.There were less studies focusing on how to establish a suitable business mode responding to the impact of new technology.Although some researchers studied the impact of new technology on business model components and the correlation between business model changes and technology changes,most of these researches used qualitative analysis methods,such as scenario analysis,system framework,etc.There was lack of studies on the way of business model changing to the emergence of new technology through quantitative and clear analysis.Finally,based on the review of current researches,the prospect for research on business model innovation induced by new technology in future was proposed.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that college students are prone to thinking set and direction deviation in the process of innovation practice. TRIZ (Latin abbreviation of "Teoriya Resheniya Izoblatelskikh Zadatch", which means theory of the solution of innovative problems) is extended and matched with the meta conditional features or quantities of the three dimensions of TSD (time, space and direction) of the problem. In this paper, TRIZ-TSD extension problem solving model is proposed to find compatible solutions. TRIZ-TSD extension problem solving model expands the available resources of the original TRIZ analysis tools, strengthens the interaction between the analysis tools, and makes it more suitable for beginners to use in practical innovation. Taking the university student innovation award-winning project "the intelligent wall planting system" as an example, the basic process and practical effect of TRIZ-TSD fusion innovation model in solving specific problems are verified. The basic principle and thinking mode of this method is not only limited to the practice of College Students’ innovation projects, but also has certain reference value for solving problems in other fields.

Abstract:TRIZ method is a common method of solving innovative problems. Recently, the conflict resolution matrix and 40 invention principles are the most widely used tools in the TRIZ method. However, to establish a management conflict resolution matrix is a huge task, especially for the screening of general innovation principles and management parameters. This article follows the TRIZ theory and the analysis of 211 MBA (Master of Business Administration) classic teaching cases to address the screening problems of general innovation principles in the business management. First, we analyzed 361 management conflicts from the 211 MBA cases, and located the conflicts in the management conflict matrix. Secondly, analyze the MBA cases and clarify the basic innovation principles applicable to each conflict in conjunction with the abstract analysis. Again, data analysis is performed on the management conflict resolution matrix formed by the case data. Finally, this paper combines the description statistics to clarify the principles with higher applied frequency, so as to provide application guidance for TRIZ users in the business management innovation.

Abstract:Business model innovation helps firms to create new competitive advantages, obtain new market resources, discover new economic growth points, and thereby increase performance. Under the backdrop of slowing down global economic growth, business model innovation is of great significance to firms. Previous studies mainly focus on the positive outcomes brought by business model innovation. However, the antecedents that drive firms to achieve business model innovation still remain ambiguous, and the formation mechanism of business model innovation is still a black box. This paper first makes a review of current research on business model innovation and sorts out the positive role of business model innovation in firms. Then from a function perspective it analyzes factors restricting and driving business model innovation, and portrays the formation mechanism of business model innovation from the point of view of three core schools of strategy field. Finally, it argues that business model innovation is a process of internally and externally crafting. Through a literature review, it finds that the antecedents of business model innovation consist of internal factors such as management cognition, resources capabilities, organization activities and profit model, and external factors such as technology innovation, context factors, market opportunities and firm value networks. And it differentiates the antecedents of business model innovation of start-ups and incumbent firms. It analyzes the antecedents and formation mechanism of business model innovation in detail, extends the research scope of business model innovation, and is of certain theoretical value. In addition, the research of antecedents of business model innovation can help firms to precisely carry out self-positioning, and trace the success of business model innovation back.

Abstract:In recent years, the research of business model innovation has become a hot issue in the field of business model research. From the foreign scholars' research literature on business model innovation, although this research has achieved many important results, most of them lack the support of follow-up research. This article uses literature measurement method to analyze the relevant documents of the business model innovation, using Citespace network analysis software to visualize the research content of China's business model innovation, and aims to further grasp the business of our country through the analysis and analysis of related documents.
