Abstract:Taking into consideration of the difficulties in realizing equipment resources sharing on network, a equipment grid architecture is put forward based on grid technology. The general-purpose equipment resource sharing mechanism and framework that addresses these problems by defining an equipment resource selection service. for locating grid resources that match application requirements is also presented. The proposed technique is applied in the context of the "211 project": National University Equipment and Resource Sharing System and demonstrate its effectiveness.
