Abstract:"Quality is the life of Shanghai Volkswagen" is the objective that. Shanghai Volkswagen all along pursues while producing the vehicles. As for the entire vehicle manufacturing branch, the product process quality control is an important topic in the quality work. The application of QRK quality control method is to connect the whole manufacturing process as an organic whole and organize every staff orderly, make them actively participate into the quality management work under the control of total manufacturing process and manufacturing results, therefore, manufacturing system is helped by the application to realize the total quality management. This article take a Shanghai Volkswagen's vehicle general equipment department workshop as the research object, comprehensive elaboration new QRK process quality control method elementary theory and concrete implementation. Through the implementation of QRK process quality control method with the participation of each staff, the continuous check, understanding and improvement, problems from the process quality control are discovered and eliminated in time. At the same time the quality of the employee's job is fed back in real time, as a result each staff improves his job constantly. Consequently the total production process tends to perfect and under control. Since the defects can be prevented, discovered and corrected earlier, the quality of production process is well controlled and this will help to realize the ultimate object of `zero defect'.
