Abstract:Cases of primary gastric lymphoma complicated with gastric adenocarcinoma are rare in clinical practice. We report a case of metachronous early gastric adenocarcinoma diagnosed eight years after the onset of gastric diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD).
