Abstract:The invention discloses an application program configuration management method and system. The method comprises the steps that a configuration management background sends a configuration instruction to a server; the target machine updates a first configuration file in the target machine through a second application program according to the configuration instruction, or starts and stops a third application program in the target machine; the target machine feeds back a running state to the server side; the user creates configuration items and classifications, and creates a plurality of second configuration files under the classifications; after the second configuration file is successfully created or edited, data of a specified version is selected, and the data is sent to a specified targetmachine list; when the second configuration file is created, a script is configured at the same time; and the second application program is controlled through the script. According to the applicationprogram configuration management method provided by the invention, all configuration information can be subjected to centralized management in the configuration center management background and can also be managed according to role permission, so that the operation is very convenient.
