Abstract:The invention provides oocyte culture fluid which contains mature follicular fluid. Compared with immature follicular fluid, the mature follicular fluid has higher abundance of matters with positive effects on in-vitro maturation of an oocyte, IVM (in-vitro maturation) of the oocyte can more facilitated by follicular fluid of a follicle closer to a maturation period, and the quality of the oocyteis improved. In-vivo mature follicular fluid serves as a component of in-vitro maturation culture fluid of the oocyte, the quality of the oocyte can be improved, and the content of ROS (reactive oxygen species) in the oocyte can be reduced. The oocyte culture fluid can be used for improving in-vitro maturation of the oocytes of various species (such as cattle and sheep), the production rate of in-vitro fertilization embryos and clone embryos is increased, references can be provided for application of in-vitro maturation culture of oocytes to human assisted reproduction, and an existing culturesystem of in-vitro maturation of the oocytes is improved, so that biomedicine development is facilitated.
