Abstract:The method of extracting and reusing organic matter from extracting mother liquid in resorcinol producing process includes the following steps: the first acidifying aeration pre-treatment of the extracting mother liquid, the subsequent alkali solution recovery of volatile gas and rectifying recovery of the extractant, extracting resorcinol and metapheylene disulfonic acid with bidirectional adsorbing resin, desorbing the resin with dilute alkali solution to obtain high concentration desorbing solution and returning the high concentration desorbing solution to the alkali fusion step for reuse in resorcinol production. The present invention realizes the separation and extraction of organic matter from the extracting mother liquid to reduce pollution to water environment with organic matter eliminating rate higher than 95 % and reuse organic matter in the reusing rate higher than 90 %.
