Abstract:A script language, CATScript, which is based on simulation component and oriented embedded software test is presented. The architecture of CATScript interpreter is also introduced. CATScript is applied to computer assistant test system and gets a marked effect.

Abstract:After the C4ISR system is delivered to the user, it is inspected during the equipment support maintenance process that the equipment has low generality, weak automation, and difficult maintenance. This paper proposes the C4ISR system embedded and monitoring test technology, designed componentization, standardization, Integrated embedded and monitoring test environment system architecture, including system usage patterns and logical structures; detailed description of key technologies such as XML (Extensible Markup Language) interface model adaptive technology, component-based system efficient and flexible integration technology and memory-based database data interaction technology; and an embedded and monitoring environment case and system application flow of a C4ISR system, including embedded test process and monitoring test process. The test environment has been successfully applied in many projects, which can realize the recurrence, positioning, confirmation and verification of interface and process problems encountered in the C4ISR system maintenance guarantee process.

Abstract:To address the problem of low efficiency to manual testing to train control center,an automated testing scheme of CTCS-2 train control center based on embedded script technology was proposed in this paper.This method makes full use of the executing characteristics of programming language,which can be embedded in C or C+ + to be executed and enable the separation of the testing logics with the testing data and the flexibility of customizing the testing logics.It was proved that this scheme can enhance the efficiency of testing greatly and attain desired effects.

Abstract:Software automated testing is one of the critical research subjects in the field of computer application. In this paper, a novel design of architecture called automated testing system (ATS) is proposed. Based on techniques relating to J2EE including MVC design pattern, Struts framework, etc, ATS can support any black-box testing business theoretically with relevant APIs programmed using Tcl script language beforehand. Moreover, as the core of ATS is built in Java, it can work in different environments without being re-complied. The efficiency of the new system is validated by plenty of applications in communication industry and the results also show the effectiveness and flexibility of the approach.

Abstract:Via configuration files,the framework of ATS software based on LabWindows/CVI implements dynamic configuration of test resources and information exchange between software and hardware.The framework of ATS software allows to develop and debug many UUTs' test programs under one framework.By offering friendly debugging interfaces,the modularization of test program and rehostability of TPS are achieved,so as to improve the efficiency of developing and debugging of the test programs.Calling the drivers of physical instrument indirectly by calling formatting class drivers,the TPS implements the interchangeability of the instruments.

Abstract:System testing of a GUI-based application requires that test cases, consisting of sequences of user actions/events, be executed and the software's output be verified. To enable automated re-testing, such test cases are increasingly being coded as low-level test scripts, to be replayed automatically using test harnesses. Whenever the GUI changes-widgets get moved around, windows get merged-some scripts become unusable because they no longer encode valid input sequences. Moreover, because the software's output may have changed, their test oracles-assertions and checkpoints-encoded in the scripts may no longer correctly check the intended GUI objects. We present ScrIpT repAireR (SITAR), a technique to automatically repair unusable low-level test scripts. SITAR uses reverse engineering techniques to create an abstract test for each script, maps it to an annotated event-flow graph (EFG), uses repairing transformations and human input to repair the test, and synthesizes a new "repaired" test script. During this process, SITAR also repairs the reference to the GUI objects used in the checkpoints yielding a final test script that can be executed automatically to validate the revised software. SITAR amortizes the cost of human intervention across multiple scripts by accumulating the human knowledge as annotations on the EFG. An experiment using QTP test scripts suggests that SITAR is effective in that 41-89 percent unusable test scripts were repaired. Annotations significantly reduced human cost after 20 percent test scripts had been repaired.

Abstract:VxWorks can not provide friendly graphical user interface like Windows system,and developing the graphical interface under VxWorks system has a high degree of difficulty and workload.According to the problems above,a useful method developed by LabWindows/CVI 8.5 is designed to test real-time simulation computer running on VxWorks.The method is successfully applied to the semi-physical simulation test for a certain type of plane,and it is proved useful in checking the I/O system of simulation computer.Quite a practical implementation is provided for diagnosing fault in I/O system for future.

Abstract:With the improvement of equipment's complexity,it is getting more and more difficult to diagnose and maintain.Therefore,automated testability analysis software must be introduced to ensure that complex equipment system can keep working reliably.In this field,we have long been dependent on foreign software,which could not co-operate with local process properly.In this project,we design and implement our own testability software,named TADS,basing on mature foreign ones.Meantime,fully taking account of the relative department's requirement,our software has great scalability and supports a lot of standard output formats,which makes it easy to use in conjunction with other software.This article briefly describes the top-level structure of our software,and gives a specific example of the software for modeling and analyzing.

Abstract:The general test system developed in recent years has solved the generality problem of test equipments. However, the software for test systems still does not meet the demand of generality nowadays, so that we have to change its code or totally reprogram it when that is applied from one Unit Under Test (UUT) to another. In order to solve this problem, we propose a Reconfigurable Test Software (RTS) based on Automatic Test Markup Language (ATML) and IVI-COM. It uses the virtual instrument modules and some other functional components which already exist to implement the dynamic reorganization of test system or test function. When the test requirements or the instruments are changed, RTS doesn't need to reprogram. In this paper, the framework of RTS is introduced at first, and then the behavior model and extensibility of RTS is described. At last, it has been demonstrated how to use ATML to describe test procedures.

Abstract:Spacecraft Test Language (STL),a novel high-level language, was defined in order to improve the efficiency of spacecraft electrical ground test, especially the capability of test sequences executing automatically. After the language executing machinery had been investigated, Executing Platform of STL, which is integrated development environment based on plug-in technique, was designed and implemented. Practical application indicates that STL has the merits of general and practical applicability and using Executing Platform of STL would obtain improved efficiency, less cost and reduced tasks of spacecraft test.

Abstract:With the increasing size and complexity of embedded systems,Component-Based Design (CBD)has been widely applied in large-scale embedded system development.Embedded component testing is important to ensure the quality of individual components and component integrations.Modeling is an effective technique in embedded system testing.It abstracts the expected system behavior and provides the basis for test case design.The paper proposes an ESIA (Extended Semantic Interface Automata)model which extends IA (Interface Automata)with variables and constraints for better understanding of component interface behavior.Based on ESIA,algorithms are designed following symbolic execution method to search for effective events/data sequences as test cases and test scenarios.Experiments are exercised on a communication software of high-speed railway.It evaluates the test coverage and effectiveness of the proposed approach in comparison with others.

Abstract:Scripting languages can be used to "glue" components to form a new application.By analyzing the component-orien￣ted programming in Elastos Operating System and the CAR component-oriented programming model,a universal adaptation layer based on CAR component system called SCI is proposed,which can make scripting languages and CAR components work together.Scripting dynamic programming with CAR components is implemented.The combination of CAR component technique and scripting languages makes the modules of an application more clearly.The efficiency of developing application is also improved.

Abstract:This paper introduces a framework named Test Case Driven Object-oriented Software Automatic Testing Framework(TCDA for short).This framework uses UML as the formal analysis and design specification.In TCDA framework,test cases are automatically generated from UML architecture views and saved in XML format.Based on concrete program language,test cases will be translated into test scripts,which consist of a series of source code file.During test execution,test scripts will be compiled at first and linked into executable files.Then these executable files will be executed.A prototype system using Java has been developed to support the above framework.This system contains test configure module,test case generation module,test script generation module,test execution module and result analysis module.

Abstract:Nowadays, script language has been widely used in many areas. Generally speaking, the traditional script is translated into intermediate code, which then is interpreted and executed. The disadvantage of this kind of process is longer response time and poor real-time performance. This paper presents an alternative method and implementation of immediate execution of scripts based on the discussion of immediate execution technology. This method effectively improves the response speed of scripts execution. The implementation method in this paper has been verified in the configuration software of a company.

Abstract:Automata are a kind of abstract computing machines. They play a basic role in computability theory and programming language theory and are widely used in some programming language compilers as token scanners and syntactic analyzers. More recently in data analytics, data automata have become a formal way to represent pipelines and workflows. In the research involved with automata, however, there are many situations where a practitioner has to build a new automaton with bare hands, which causes a lot of redundant works to rebuild the frame work of an automaton. Moreover, when lot of researchers need to display their ideas and to discuss about new algorithms, it will be extremely hard for them to switch among different styles of codes, not to mention modifying parts of others' programs. In order to solve this problem, we propose a new toolkit: CAT, which provides a simple and unified frame work for automaton construction and customization. This paper introduces the main architecture and functionality of CAT and shows a simple example of how to use it. In the end, we will briefly talk about its advantages and disadvantages as well as some future works to improve it.

Abstract:The embedded operating system Elastos is introduced.It is an operating system based on component technology and supports component application.It adopts the agile kernel model that supports dynamic loading,substituting and unloading system components.On Elastos-based CAR component system,an extensible script framework is presented by using the metadata and reflection mechanism of the component system.The significance of giving this script framework is that the users can use XML and script language to develop applications,use C/C++ to develop logic components,so as to realize separating interface and logic,which can not only speed up application development,but also facilitate software upgrade.

Abstract:Among all the SDH test methods, traditional script-control test method is not only complex and hard to administrate, but also difficult to study, prone to fail, and poor to deal with mistakes. This article designs and implements a Tcl/TK software to control the process of SDH test. By encapsulating user's commands and using guide method in user graphic interface design, this software can simplify the process to deal with these commands and administrate the whole SDH test and provide a friendly Man-Machine conversation function. The software also is good at mistake-processing, which can handle the user's real-time operation mistake and give user corresponding information, and gain the efficiency for SDH tester.
