Abstract:The plight of the survival and development of left behind children is disservice caused by the social cost of urbanization and the uneven distribution of urban and rural welfare resources.aking the public welfare innovation experiment of T village in Hubei Province as an example,it discusses the internal relationship between the community building and the construction of social protection mechanism for the left-behind children.The study found that providing charity test innovative education service to different fami-ly compensation flexible strength in the state and the market,through the construction of family collabora-tion mechanism grassroots community awareness and community building social memory protection optimiza-tion of rural living environment to promote the healthy development of left -behind children.In the village and the villagers to participate in the effort to promote rural community empowerment is to let the village be-come bearing native memory and emotion,the important implication of social welfare system to try and au-tonomous ability,should be through the children's development of environment friendly community build-ing grassroots left -behind children social protection network.It will provide reference for the construction of social protection mechanism for the left behind children for the "family to country"perspective and turn to the "family community"perspective.
