Abstract:B ased on questionnaires, investigations in some typical enterprises and information from conferences, this paper analyzed the current situation of informationalization in manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province and pointed out that the most important issue is a lack of professionals engaged in information work in manufacturing industry. Particularly personnel with the following skills are highly demanded: management, high tech, complex skills.
