Abstract:As the ‘key minority’ and special talents in the market economy, entrepreneurs are important forces to push forward the strategy of innovation driven development. This paper builds CDM of collaborative innovation system model with docking survey and financial data of the enterprise innovation data, entrepreneurship′s refinement effects for technology innovation and non-technology innovation, found that Innovation is paid more attention by entrepreneurs, and innovation methods tend to be diversified, in order to achieve the optimal combination of technological innovation and non-technology innovation. The innovative spirit of entrepreneurs pay more attention to the balanced development of technology innovation and non-technology innovation, and entrepreneurship education background and the importance of innovation has the structural impact on innovation decision and innovation mode selection. The entrepreneur innovation decision is faced with the problem that the talent support is not cooperative, the protection of intellectual property rights is not enough and the low universality of innovation policy, which restricts the realization of entrepreneurship.
