Abstract:Intelligent logistics is to use intelligent technology to integrate artificial intelligence into the logistics distribution process and improve the service efficiency and service quality of the logistics industry. With the development of fresh e-commerce industry, "artificial intelligence + logistics" can optimize the distribution links and improve the logistics efficiency by using big data analysis and intelligent algorithms. Due to the imperfection of the cold chain logistics system and the lack of infrastructure construction, it is difficult to guarantee the quality of fresh products during the transportation process, the product consumption rate is high, and the distribution efficiency is low. The "front warehouse" distribution model is a new logistics distribution model that innovates the traditional distribution model. This paper has analyzed the optimization problem of the fresh food e-commerce model with the fresh food logistics front warehouse distribution model. The SWOT method is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the fresh food e-commerce front warehouse model, combine with the analytic hierarchy to carry out quantitative analysis. The results show that, in the optimization of the logistics model of fresh food e-commerce front warehouse, a growth-oriented development strategy should be adopted to give full play to the own strength of fresh food e-commerce front warehouse, focus on grasping the opportunities in the development process, at the same time, sort out and understand its own weakness, analyze and avoid threats.
