Analysis on Effects of the Industrial Structure on the Vulnerability of Floods Bearing Bodies:A Case Study of Anyang

Abstract:Beginning with the industrial structure, the relationship was expounded between the main industrial structure and the vulnerability of floods bearing bodies. The author analyzed the vulnerability of floods bearing bodies from disaster-causing factors, disaster-pregnant environments and disaster-bearing body, expounded the de-velopment trend and motivation of the industrial structure, discussed influence mechanism of the industrial structure on the vulnerability of floods bearing bodies. On the basis of the three main industrial structure analysis in typical years, the author used the year of 2012 output value per area to analyze the production efficiency of the three indus-trial output value of Anyang, and the changes of the land use structure caused by industrial structure change, ex-plored the cause of three main industrial structure and the vulnerability of floods bearing bodies in the typical year. The results show that the proportion of primary industry keep steady decline, the proportion of secondary industry take a larger part and maintain steady growth, the tertiary industry keep a increasing process. The second industrial output have the highest percentage and at about 45%in 1993, 1998 and 2000, floods caused obvious economic los-ses, and the economic losses has the negative correlation with the ratio decreasing trend of the first industrial, but has the positive correlation with the increasing trend of third industrial structure. When the flood disaster occurs, the daily rainfall decreases obviously, but the economic losses caused by floods have a increasing trend. From 1997 to 2012 the primary industry proportion of output value declines, main crops cultivated area increase slowly, which reduce the vulnerability of hazard bearing body, the secondary industry proportion of output value maintain steady growth and building completed area maintained rapid growth, the third industry proportion of output value shows up-ward trend, which enhance vulnerability of hazard bearing body.
