Analysis and Investigations of Farmers’ Land Transfer Behavior

Abstract:Taking outflow-households of experimental area as study sample , dividing peasant households into complete outflow-households ,vast-households and ordinary-households by transfer rate .Then this paper analyses the influencing factors of peasant households ’ farmland transfer behavior and income effect by dint of multivariable line-ar regression model and OLS .The main conclusions are as follow:The transfer rate of outflow-households is differ-ent from each other, and the complete outflow-households, vast-households and ordinary-households are co-existed. Although farmland transfer modes and transfer targets are diversified , the characteristic of farmland transfer is also dispersed and in miniature .Stable non-agricultural employment , the government ’ s active promotion and reasonable transfer price may contribute to increasing farmland transfer rate , but the farmland transfer behavior will be impeded by land fragmentation and farming population .The rural land transfer is a rational decision , the higher the rate , the more clear the effect .The complete outflow-households is more obvious than the vast-households , and the vast-households is more obvious than the ordinary-households .
