Tenants＇ Growth Dependence Based on Incubator Intra-network

Abstract:As part of incubating networking, incubator＇s intra-networking is the very context of incubation where tenants involve to prompt their chance of graduation successfully. Few literatures explore what underpin the formation of intra-networking, and how the involvement of networking facilitates their promotion. This paper employs complex networking theory to ascertain the formation and multiplication of incubator＇s intra-networking, and exploits the distinct dimensions of tenants involved in the intra-networking. Then it develops an economic model to discover mediator effect of tenants＇ participation in intra-networking. The study finds that the graduation ratio of one incubator is positively influenced by the level of infrastructure of intra-networking, and the relationship is mediated positively by the resource pooling activity of tenants, while the one is mediated negatively by the strategic network involvement of tenants. The findings provide meaningful guidance for tenants to involve in the appropriate interaction embedded in intra-networking.
