Abstract:From the perspective of generation, this article analyzes differences of work values and examines the influence of work values on voice behavior among different generational groups.Results show that 80 generation more than 60 generation pays more attention to ability and growth.There is a positive relationship between ability and growth, status and independence and voice behavior.There is a negative relationship between safety and comfort and promotive voice behavior.The influence of work values on voice behavior among different generational groups is not significant.
