Study on the Relationships among HPHRPs, Intellectual Capital and Enterprise Indigenous Innovative Capacity

Abstract:The survey’s 346 target respondents were selected from high-tech development zone in Jiangsu, Shanghai and Zhe-jiang. The results indicate that the three part of HPHRPs all have significant positive effects on intellectual capital, and in-tellectual capital has significant positive effect on indigenous innovative capacity. The modified model indicates that human capital and social capital have significant positive effects on organizational capital, and the mediated model indicates that HPHRPs, intellectual capital and indigenous innovative capacity have the logical relationship of promotion.
