Abstract:The traditional industry in China's national economy in the medium and long term low technical level, science and technology service industry as a modern emerging industry, not only to promote the development of science and technology innovation, but also to improve the traditional industrial form, promote industrial upgrading, so that the traditional industry and science and technology services deep integration.The development of traditional industry needs to establish on the basis of innovation and development, and promote the improvement of industrial structure.Establishing the effective integration mechanism of science and technology service industry and traditional industry, and solving the key problems in the process of integration, is of great practical significance to optimize the industrial structure of China, enhance the link of science and technology and economy, and improve the quality of economic development.
