From University-industry Collaboration to Government-university-industry-user-thing Collaboration Based on the Case Study of a Super Rice Technology Research and Development Network of Actors

Abstract:The traditional government-university-industry collaboration emphasizes the role of the main human actors and their organizations.In actor-network theory model,the discoveries of "user" actors and non-human actors are expanded to "Government-university-industry-user-thing Collaboration.Because of the lack of farmers and the breeding material,the R & D actor network of super rice G was proved to be a unsuccessful case.Research revealed that the builder of an actor network should find actors,pay attention to the role of non-human actors,and take into account the needs and advocates of actors.
