Abstract:Different proportion of A1 and C horizons brown coniferous forest soils (A1:C=1:1) were conducted to set the soil nutrient deficient conditions, and the effects and mechanism of different concentrations of organic acids solution on phosphorus (P) absorption of Larix gmelinii seedlings with nutrient deficiency were studied. The results as follows:All P content of cold temperate Larix gmelinii seedlings rhizosphere and needles were increased after 0.2-10.0mmol/L oxalic acid and citric acid treatments. The change of P content in seedlings rhizosphere and needles was generally similar after oxalic acid treatment, and both rhizosphere and needles P content were increased with the rise of oxalic acid concentration (r value were 0.67 and 0.78, respectively). P content in Larix gmelinii seedlings rhizosphere and needles reached the peak when oxalic acid concentration was at 10.0mmol/L. P content in Larix gmelinii seedlings rhizosphere and needles were generally increased with the rise of citric acid concentration after citric acid treatment (r value were 0.69 and 0.78, respectively), and P content in Larix gmelinii seedlings rhizosphere and needles reached the peak when citric acid concentration was at 5.0mmol/L. The effect of citric acid treatment on P content in Larix gmelinii seedlings rhizosphere was better than oxalic acid, but there was no obvious variation in P content of Larix gmelinii seedlings after oxalic acid and citric acid treatments. P content of Larix gmelinii seedlings rhizosphere and needles at 0.2mmol/L citric acid and oxalic acid was more than that of 0.2mmol/L.
