Relationship Analysis of Factors Influencing Constructors' Licensed Credit

Abstract:On the basis of a review of related literature and consideration of constructors’ characteristics,this paper built the influencing factor system of constructors’ licensed credit in order to explore the mechanism and the degree of factors influencing constructors’ licensed credit.A structural equation model was established to explore the interaction relationships between different factors and the licensed credit and among factors themselves.It also explored the subordinate relations between factors and indicators and verified the system’s rationality.The results show that the structure of the influencing factor system of constructors’ licensed credit is reasonable,constructors’ licensed credit is influenced by constructors’ professional ability,integrity performance,economic conditions and practice experience.Among them,professional ability and practice experience have major impact.Integrity performance and economic conditions have relatively less influence.In addition,status of working complaints and disputes,project completion and acceptance of the once-through rate and the owner’s satisfaction have better explanatory capability for constructors’ licensed credit.The result of the study provides the theoretical support and practical guidance for the management of constructors’ licensed credit.
