Abstract:During the development of resource-based cities,the structure of the economy and industry is simple;environmental pollution is quite serious,and the continuous industry is faulted and industrial link lacks in the traditional three-industry system.By analyzing the above problems,this paper points out that the recycle economy is the way to develop the resource-based cities,and the five-industry structure system,including the environmental building,agriculture,industry,service industry and the re-resources of material,should be constructed to realize the industry recycle and sustainable development of resource-based cities.
