Abstract:Faced up to the increasingly complex technology and the competitive environment,the publishers have to reconstruct the value chain in order to develop the new core competencies.The key driver of the reconstruction is the coupling of technological innovations and strategy adjustments,which cannot be propelled automatically,so it is necessary to discuss the inherent law of this coupling process.This paper constructed the publishing value chain reconstruction model and demonstrated it by the foreign enterprise's case,and finally we planed the follow-up study.

Abstract:In recent years,digital publishing share in the information society more and more,readers of the growing demand for personalized service strong traditional culture,publishing services are currently unable to meet this demand,especially for the digital home needs.For family-oriented,personalized digital publishing needs,this paper uses the method of multi-dimensional indexing metadata tissue,data mining,knowledge classification management,natural language as the three dimensions of the dynamic association to create a database;mechanical matching personalized method of data retrieval,and can take the initiative to push;through the reorganization of the publishing and content transcoding method,the layout can keep the original format of the EPUB format document;using digital watermarking and digital encryption to protect the method of combining the author's legitimate interests.In this article based on the development of family-oriented personal digital publishing services system,in practice,demonstrate the practicality of this technology.

Abstract:The Mobile Internet is an integrated product of the traditional internet and mobile communications, and represents one of the most rapidly growing IT fields for the current and a long period of time.However, data show that the global mobile internet is still in its infancy, there exist many problems to be solved and clarified.This paper first outlines the basic concept of the mobile internet, including its definition, features, and architecture.Then, based on the current architecture, we discussed in detail the research status, problems, and solutions of its various components, including mobile terminals, access network, applications and services, as well as security and privacy.Finally, future research and development trends of cloud computing were discussed.

Abstract:Three publishing companies were selected forehand to study the digitalization process of publishing houses in China. The results of a qualitative analysis showed that each digital company has different strategies in setting up digital publishing center. However, they are facing similar difficulties and chalenges in choosing digital publishing systems, training digital editors etc. The chalenges and opportunities are coexisting. Not only the publishing houses need to change the idea and to explore novel profit models, but also need to investigate how to restructure the publishing workflow. Other issues, such as copyright protection, digital editor training, certification of digital editors etc. should be paid attention to as wel.

Abstract:Digital transformation of traditional publishing enterprises in China is the main focus of the study, which aims to provide a comprehensive overview and propose strategic operational plans based on research findings. Through a descriptive research method with a quantitative research design, data was collected from managers across various departments of traditional publishing companies. The survey revealed that most of these enterprises are state-owned, with extensive operating histories and a predominantly domestic market focus. Structural challenges in digital transformation include cultural shifts, leadership adjustments, organizational coordination, and decision-making agility. Facility and resource challenges encompass high investment costs, talent shortages, copyright protection concerns, market fluctuations, and technological adaptation deficits. Systemic challenges involve technological infrastructure upgrades, process reengineering, data management, personnel training, and change management. Moreover, digital technology offers opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, broaden market reach, provide personalized services, and optimize marketing effectiveness, thereby boosting profitability and market competitiveness. Digitalization positively impacts customer satisfaction by improving publication quality, accuracy, cycle times, diversity, and usability. The study concludes with a strategic plan tailored to enhance the digital transformation of traditional publishing enterprises, addressing structural, resource, and process challenges while leveraging digital technology to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.Top of Form

Abstract:At present, the digital publishing industry in China has entered high speed development period, but the relevant academic researches are still in the initial stage, which mainly focus on the production, value realization, protection and supervision of the industry. Meanwhile, the researches lack the prediction and insight over some fundamental challenges, such as industry development direction, development mode and mechanism innovation, etc. In addition, the researches of domestic digital publishing industry need to develop a new growing point. Some aspects need to be studied urgently, such as industry transformation, the relevance between digital publishing and cultural industry, and systematical researches on policies.

Abstract:This paper develops a multi-interfaced perspective of mobile business platforms, and applies it to the analysis of competition for market power in China' mobile business markets. In particular, it analyzes the roles played by multinational firms (Nokia, Motorola, Apple, Samsung etc.) in the shaping of China's mobile business market landscape. China has always been labeled as the world manufacturing center; this claim can also be interpreted as a manifestation for its weakness in its innovation capability, and the telecom industry is a showcase for this argument. The success stories of such telecom powerhouses as Huawei and ZTE have been overshadowed by such interesting cases as the three operators' wooing for partnership with Apple for the introduction of i-Phone into the Chinese markets. Lack of killer innovative products has been the weakest link in the Chinese mobile business value system. However, the recent success story of Wechat, a powerful instant communication tool developed by an internet company, has shown that innovation with Chinese characteristics may come from the outsiders' invasion of the traditionally entrenched territory occupied by telecom operators. The dynamics of the mobile business value system evolution will be interesting to observe in the years to come.

Abstract:With the application of theoretical analysis, questionnaire, statistical analysis and case study, this research proposes the strategic basis of the development of rural mobile communication market from the viewpoint of demand and supply based on the latent information demand of rural consumers and the cost - benefit characteristics of mobile communication in rural area. Then the author applies the value innovation model to design the strategic framework from the microscopic aspect. Combined with the practice of construction of information system in rural area illustrated by the case of “Tianfu Agriculture Information Network”, the author develops the discussion on strategy implementation and works out a strategic system of sustainable development in rural mobile communication market in an innovative way. It is a successful business model when developing the mobile communication service in a market especially which are short of consumption capacity.

Abstract:East Asian region, specifically China, Japan, and Korea, is considered as an area of advanced mobile handsets and mobile services. The well-established infrastructure of this region is well known due to rapid introduction of diverse feature-equipped handsets and advanced capabilities of mobile network operators. However, the status of mobile business has rarely been dealt with in previous studies. In this paper, we compare mobile value chains among these three countries. China has adopted open platform for mobile data services while Korea and Japan’s mobile network operators control mobile portals for accessing diverse contents and services. We also discuss some possible reasons for the differences among the three countries in terms of value chain structures.

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to provide countermeasures of the traditional business under the background of mobile internet, so that they can successfully achieve offline to online (hereinafter referred to as O2O) transformation. Abstract:Two-side market (specialized market) is an effective way to construct national value chain, and industry of emulational mobile phone has succeeded in constructing the miniature of national value chain based on Huaqiangbei market. This paper starts from analyzing the differences of industry chains between emulational and traditional mobile phones, then proposes despite of the lack of service after sale, value chain of emualtional mobile phone focuses on the manufacturing and marketing. Analysis on national value chain of emualtional mobile phone shows the multilevel demand condition, mature industry background and adaptive innovation are three pre-conditions for Chinese manufacturing industry to construct national value chain based on two-side market. Abstract:At present, digital publishing has a bright future. However, under the current publishing model based on physical publications, digital publications are faced with problems such as insufficient quality of content resources, insufficient approval procedures, and insufficient authority of publications. In response to the above problems, this paper proposes a publishing decision-making algorithm based on a knowledge aggregation service platform, and applies it to the practice of digital publishing by Tsinghua University Press. The algorithm uses the massive network resources and user data gathered by the platform to select high-quality network resources for digital publishing through calculations. It aims to improve the quality of digital publications and accelerate the circulation of knowledge, hoping to provide a valuable reference for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the publishing industry.

Abstract:As China's economy picks up and the demand for consumer upgrading continues to rise, the telecommunications retail industry has huge potential and opportunities for development. Based on the value chain perspective, this paper selects Xunjie Communications Group as the research object, uses the nine-factor canvas model as the analysis tool, and proposes a new analysis factor of "internal competition" in the context of enterprise development. Finally, this paper proposes recommendations to enhance the level of independent innovation, improve the level of supply chain management, expand business line diversification, and expand the focus on sinking markets, to provide a business model reconstruction path and specific strategies for communication retail enterprises.
