Abstract:To satisfy the particular requirement of competitive intelligence,a framework of competitive intelligence system in the network environment is built,which is divided into four modules and one platform:information acquisition module,information processing and organizing module,intelligence analysis module,intelligence strategy module,and enterprise competitive intelligence service platform.It is emphasized that the competitive intelligence system is a complex system engineering,which has a high demand for technology and a higher demand for accuracy and authority.If we want to develop a competitive intelligence system which can satisfy the competitive requirement of the enterprise,we must strengthen the cooperation between the people in the computer field and in the intelligence field.Otherwise,an impractical system which applies deep technologies but lacks the meaning of competitive intelligence will emerge.On the contrary,a competitive intelligence system without intelligent technologies can hardly reach the requirement of competitive intelligence either.

Abstract:Purpose/Significance] Recently, there has been an increasing trend that the bibliometric studies of domestic competitive intel-ligence tend to use the knowledge map. However, there is still no research aiming at comparing the international studies and domestic stud-ies. [ Method/Process] Using software Citespace, this paper analyzes researches related competitive intelligence at home and abroad with the paper dated from 1998 to 2014 collected from Web of Science database and Chinese Social Science Citation Index ( CSSCI) . The paper compares the related researches from the perspectives of hot research topic, knowledge base and evolution. [ Result/Conclusion] This pa-per concludes three research results by drawing and comparing knowledge maps, and offers valuable reference for the future development of domestic competitive intelligence research.

Abstract:Facing the fierce competition at home and abroad, the Chinese clothing enterprises' should not only improve their innovative ability and brand reputations, but also know well about their competitors and the whole fashion industry, if they want to survive and develop in today's global market. Ecommerce platforms and the Competitive Intelligence Systems (CIS) can provide the most effective means for them to get such useful information. However, despite the fact that most small and medium-sized Chinese clothing enterprises have begun to use clothing e-commerce platforms to release or get supply-demand information, most of them have a lot of difficulties building their own competitive intelligence systems for human or financial reasons. This paper is based on a study which is designed to establish a seamless connection between the clothing e-commerce systems and the Competitive Intelligence Systems in order to provide an integrated platform of e-commerce and competitive intelligence system for the small and medium-sized enterprises so that they can make efficient and right decisions.

Abstract:Lots of information systems are invested blindly in the process of enterprise informationization, but there is no effective method to evaluate their benefit. Accordingly, a fuzzy synthesized evaluation method based on critical success factor (CSF) and business process value is proposed. It analyses and quantifies the value of business process and the value which information system effect on the business process. The method is useful for analyzing the implementation benefit and weakness of information system.

Abstract:The basic reason making actors take technical action is his willing and need. Taking this kind of technical need as the beginning of the process of external technology resources introduction, this paper divides its flow into six main stages. First of all, we analyze the main constraint factors of the whole process of external technology resources introduction which consist of the main analytical objects of competitive technical intelligence, including technical demanders, technology, technical providers, environment and competitors. Next, with technology import flow as the time axis we classify the different analytical objects at the different stages. Finally, we induce the function and the content of competitive technical intelligence at the different stages and draw a conclusion.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of inefficient sources collecting and processing capability of competitive intelligence information for reverse logistics,the characteristics and role of the internet of things in reverse logistics enterprise was analyzed.Based on the internet of things,competitive intelligence system was established.It realized the effective fit of five subsystems,such as the collection,analysis,services,evaluation competitive intelligence and anti-competitive intelligence.The functions of overall perception,reliable delivery,intelligent processing and mass data service were enhanced.It provided intelligence information support for improving resource efficiency of reverse logistics enterprises,strengthening real-time monitoring and management of government,participation and supervising of the public.

Abstract:Abstract As a result of many years' research and practice, it is commonly recognized that human, organizational environmental and other related factors should be taken into account in the control and decision-making process of large scale complex systems such as CIMS and social-economical systems. In this paper a structured approach with composite information space(CIS) is given to deal with these factors. CIS is defined as sum of state information space and behavior information space. Factors analysis, relations analysis and ineta-synthesis with CIS are discussed. A case study of multi-criteria decision-making of Beijing Tobacco Coiporation's planning system is given. Many applications show that with this approach the costs and period of analysis and design can be obviously reduced and more satisfactory results have been achieved.
