Abstract:With the wide application and development of ubiquitous learning, the ubiquitous learning environment has affected the intention of university students information adoption. Taking college students as objects, mainly based on TAM, UTAUT and IDT, combined with ubiquitous learning environmental characteristics, the paper established the fac-tors that influence the students' intention to adopt information. The model of university students' information acceptance in-tention was constructed, the research hypothesis was put forward and a questionnaire was designed accordingly. Using SPSS to analysis the questionnaire data, in order to test the reliability and validity, it conducted descriptive statistical and ANO-VA test. Then using AMOS for structural equation analysis, and revising the model, it got the correctional model finally. In order to improve the university students' information adoption ability, some advice was given based on the correctional model.
