Abstract:This paper implements bibliometric analysis on the publication papers related to university-industry col-laboration retrieved from the database of Web of Science. The eight indicators including publication outputs, coun-tries, subject categories, journals, authors, research institutes, the highly cited literatures and the high frequency keywords are analyzed. The results show that Research Policy is the most influential journal in the research field of university-industry collaboration. The research hotspots in this field include triple helix, technology transfer, the factors that influencing university-industry cooperation as well as the impact produced by the university-industry coo-peration. It is also showed that the developed countries have the dominant position in this field; China's indexes such as the total number of citations(TP), average number of citations per publication(CPP) and the H-index are far below that of the developed countries. China's poor performance in this field doesn't accord with the impor-tance of university-industry collaboration in national innovation system.
