Abstract:Integrating the Innovation Resource is a important way to improve a nation's innovation ability.The Character of National Innovation System not noly directly influence and restrict the mode of Integrating the Innovation Resource,but also bring us special problem of integrating the innovation resource.This paper discusses the character of China National Innovation System from four dimensiones which include the relationship between govement and market,the frame of national system,the mode of technological innovation and the knowledge distribution power,and then analyzes some problemes related to integrating China national innovational resource.
