Abstract:T his paper ,w hich took on the college and university as the research object ,has built an performance evaluation system for research projects founded by government in universities ,and w eighted the index by using the Subjective and ob‐jective comprehensive weighting method .Through the practical application in the colleges and universities in Hubei Prov‐ince ,it found that the research base and output were playing an important role in the performance evaluation of colleges and universities .
