Research on Structure of the Post-90s Entrepreneurs'Work Values and Scale Development

Abstract:Innovation and entrepreneurial activities have been put on agenda of current social and economic reforming .With the post‐90s entrepreneurs group booming increasingly ,it's of great research value as w ell as practical significance to un‐derstand their work values .This research aims at exploring the structure of post‐90s entrepreneurs'work values .Based on a content analysis of data collected from 109 reports on relevant w eb sites ,the research established an initial scale to con‐duct a survey among 249 post‐90s entrepreneurs ,and then adopted the mixed method Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA ) ,to further analyze and modify the scale .As the revised scale demonstrates , there are four factors of post‐90s entrepreneurs'work values ,including social responsibility ,interest orientation ,pursuit of personal uniqueness and self‐fulfillment .
