The Fostering Road of Enterprise Technological Innovation Capability in Underdeveloped Regions---Based on the Interregional Industrial Relocation

Abstract:The paper establish the research framework of the effect of industry transfer to knowledge management →knowl‐edge management→enterprise technology innovation ability from the perspectives of industry transfer .According to their ow n characteristics ,the paper build the theory model of the path of ascension of enterprise technology innovation ability by industry transfer from four dimensions to the connection embedding path ,adaptive competing path ,employee turnover path and demonstration studying path .According to the questionnaire data ,testing and analyzing the data by means of SEM model .The results show that the industry transfer promotes enterprise's technological innovation ability in less de‐veloped areas through path through adaptive competing path 、employee turnover path and the part of connection embedding path and demonstration studying path ,such as the accumulation structure and cognitive capital of connection embedding path ,clearing the role of enterprise of the demonstration studying path .
