Abstract:Starting from the disadvantages of traditional multimedia classdroom and network classroom, the artilce firstly defined the theoretical concept of smart classroom. Then, the demand-oriented "SMART" (Showing, Manageable, Accessible, Real-time interactive, Testing) conceptual model was constructed based on the actual needs of university classroom teaching. Meanwhile, this article took the construction of smart classroom in Xi'an Jiao Tong University as a case to analyze the basic structure and function of smart classroom. Finally, the systematic refelection on the operation mode of smart classroom was offered, expecting to provide valuable reference for the research, construction and operation of smart classroom in universities.
