The Research Review About the Reform of Academic Doctoral Students’Training Mode

Abstract:Doctoral training mode has always been a hot topic in the academic circles of our country,at present, scholars generally believe that the development of doctoral education in China needs to shift to the connotative devel-opment,cultivate innovative talents,learn“American mode”to reform the mode of doctoral training in China.Howev-er,the research on the quality structure of the doctor is still in the initial stage,there is little research on the formation of the“American model”and“German model”,the research method used is more descriptive than the empirical study. The above problems of the existing research results are the focus of future research in particular.
