Abstract:Objective To investigate the approach,content and way of laparoscopic standardized training for pediatic surgeons. Methods Since 2009, iffteen surgeons have a laparoscopic technique training in the pediatric surgery department of the second affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university. The standardized training about theory instruction, long-term simulation training, clinical practice. Results Training surgeons could master the pediatric laparoscopic technique, who carried out pediatric laparoscopic surgery independently in basic unit. Conclusion The level of laparoscopic theory and operation skills of training surgeons have been improved by the standardized training system of pediatric laparoscopic, which promote the development of pediatric surgery laparoscopy in grass-roots units.
