Abstract:Scientific experimental teaching basic requirements and rational evaluation system for experi-mental teachers are the key to enhance the level of experimental teaching. The paper around many problems in the original evaluation system for experimental teachers,positively reforms and innovates,based on" People-oriented" principles and with reference to the comprehensive feedback evaluation of teachers,makes exper-imental teaching evaluation standards independent from theory teaching evaluation standards,improves the ex-perimental teaching management procedures,and constructs a multi-dimensional and multi-character sci-entific experimental teaching evaluation system that is in line with the actual development of Anhui University, on the basis of full practice,and certain results have been achieved.
