Abstract:By investigating 332 teachers in nine private colleges in Guangdong Province ,data analysis of descriptive statistics , correlation and regression analysis using SPSS17 .0 ,results indicate that :1) Private college teachers’ work well - being has sig‐nificant and positive influence on job performance ,their correlation coefficient is 0 .245 ;2) Organizational citizenship behavior‐mediates completely the relationship between work well - being and job performance ;3) Organizational commitment moderates the relationship between work well - being and job performance .
