Pondering on the Rotation of Posts among University Ad-ministrators

Abstract:Cadres' rotation system refers to the rotation of posts among them. The system is often applied to enterprise manage-ment and civil servant management. Through regular rotations, cadres' enthusiasm in working will be aroused and selfish de-partmentalism will be avoided. For university administration, regular rotations are of great significance for cadre cultivation and administration team construction. Combined with the im-plementation of rotation system in a medical college, and based on the realities of university administration, this paper introduc-es the necessity and feasibility of rotation system in university administration, discusses the possible problems and proposes corresponding solutions.
