Study of Relationship between Job Stress and Job Burnout of Middle School P.E.Teachers in Beijing

Abstract:This paper studies the relationship between job stress and job burnout of the senior middle school PE teachers of Beijing by questionnaire.Analysis of collected questionnaire shows that stress of examination,student, and working load rank first among the high level of job stress of middle school PE teachers in Beijing.They also suffer from serious emotional exhaustion,although the level of job burnout is low.The regression shows that stress from students and interpersonal relationship can forecast job burnout.
