Universities' Construction of Learning Dormitory Culture

Abstract:Learning dormitory culture is to use the learning organization theory to guide the construction of dormitory culture,where dormitory members establish a common vision and the concept of team learning,change their mental models,form the habit of self-tran-scendence and systematical thinking in the process of the communication,and transform the dormitory culture into a rich learning envi-ronment,the creative consciousness and a positive and optimistic attitude toward life and study. To build a learning dormitory culture, we should clearly understand the characteristics and practical value of learning dormitory culture,identify the factors influencing the construction of learning dormitory culture,and take effective measures to promote its construction.
