The Exploration and Reform about the Practical Teaching in Law Education---on the Implementation of Law school in the Universities in Ningbo

Abstract:The higher education in law has two modes:theoretical teaching and practical teaching,which are implemented in different degree in the universities and get some achievements. In Ningbo,the universities take some exploration and re-form on the practical law teaching via the moot court,law clinic and legal aid and other methods. However,many problems also exist in law practical teaching in China’s universities on the whole. It needs to raise the awareness,provide experimen-tal sites,replenish the case sources,build“ double - professional teacher”teams and reform the teaching contents and methods to improve the practical law teaching.
