Research on the Training of Inter-Disciplinary Medical Talents in Practice Teaching─Taking Information Management and System in Hebei North University as an Example

Abstract:The focus of Chinese hospital information construction has already entered into the advanced stage of the hospital clinical information primarily.The medical informatization needs inter-disciplinary tal-ents who know both medical knowledge and information technology.At present,there is a shortage of such talents in domestic medical institutions.Besides,there exist many deficiencies in the professional personnel training of medical informatics,such as the imperfect research training work,the lack of data acquisition and analysis and so on.In order to strengthen the training of inter-disciplinary medical talents in colleges and universities,the paper puts forward some reform proposals,including optimizing the set of professional curriculum,strengthening practical teaching ability,constructing and improving the continuing education of medical informatics.
