Cultivation of Biology Innovative Talents in Local Universities with the Help of Scientific Research

Abstract:Scientific research is the foundation of higher school subject construction. In the traditional education mode of higher school, the combination of scientific research and the training of undergraduates is loose or sometimes even in an isolated state. According to the authors＇ guidance for the students of science research practice in recent years, this paper introduces some practice and experience for newly-built local universities and colleges in cultivating the innovative ability of undergraduate students from the following areas： learning attitude, ability to learn, scientific thinking, experimental skills, data processing and language expression.
