Abstract:In order to improve the emergency and rescue ability of nursing staff in China, the authors put forward the idea of establishing a large-scale comprehensive nursing talent echelon characterized by high adaptability, analyzed the necessity of establishing a high adaptability comprehensive nursing talent training system, and discussed the system framework and the selection, training and certification of training objects, etc.

Abstract:Research-oriented universities,which focus on scientific research and talents cultivating,emerge in China as a result of the rapid development of science and technology in the 20th century.Talents in research-oriented universities include an outstanding research and teaching staff and excellent postgraduates.A research-oriented university plays an indispensable role in cultivating talents by taking advantage of its strong teaching staff, first class facilities for scientific research and sufficient funding.The paper presents a statistical analysis of 15 research-oriented universities in China,such as Tsinghua University,Beijing University and Nanjing University.Based on the analysis,four suggestions are made with regard to the policies concerning university teaching,university management,scientific research and fund use.

Abstract:This paper discusses some important problems that China is facing in GIS specialty talents education based on a primary investigation into the present situation of China's college GIS specialization education. First, according to the disciplinary characteristics and talents conditions of GIS, three major characteristic features that GIS talents need possess are presented, together with the corresponding designing of the courses framework. Second, in accordance with the trend of world higher education development, this paper puts forward three different targets and their corresponding modes for college GIS talents education in the 21st century, with an aim to connect with the international GIS education. Third, in order to promote the quality of education effectively, this paper also advances some opinions on the tasks in today's upcoming education reformation, so as to ensure the development of China's GIS talents education in correct direction and hence to meet the urgent needs of specialists in China's economic construction and scientific development.

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's higher education and social economy, the community's demand for civil engineering talents has been continuously improved. The competition for talents has changed from quantitative to qualitative. It is imperative to build a new knowledge structure for civil engineering talents. In addition to the employment pressure brought about by the continuous expansion of enrollment, the civil engineering major focuses on the theory and but not on practice. It is difficult for the cultivated students to adapt to the actual needs of society and to keep up with the development speed of modern civil engineering. The reason for this is that it is very important that the talent training in universities is out of line with actual needs. Therefore, with the changes in the requirements of the civil engineering talents in the market, it is extremely urgent for civil engineering majors in contemporary colleges and universities to further develop the training model of composite talents for civil engineering based on their social needs, the development and trends of civil engineering, and their actual conditions. This article analyzes the current status and problems of civil engineering talents training in China's colleges and universities, and explores the training model for composite innovative talents in civil engineering.

Abstract:The diversification of university talents training is a reflection of diversity philosophical thought in education field.It advocates using different training levels for professional talents,career orientation diversification for talents at the same level,and diversifications of training model.Because automation specialty has the features such as wild knowledge field,extensive object-oriented applications,the training for automatic talents should reflect more diversification education thoughts.The key to success of implementing diversity talents training depends on correct location of college specialty,correct designing of course system,and teaching students according to their aptitude.

Abstract:The shortage of engineering leading talents with outstanding engineering innovation and practice ability facing computer top-notch industry has become an obstacle to the development of high-end industry. Aiming at the curriculum learning and enterprise practice need of engineering leading talent, we put forward the curriculum construction and enterprise selection plan for computer specialty engineering leading talent training. Starting from the cultivation goal of computer specialty innovation and engineering leadership, this paper gives the plan of professional courses and engineering leading talent and management courses, and gives a variety of types of high-end industrial enterprises selection strategy combined with the computer professional classification. Finally, it is pointed out that school-enterprise cooperation education system has to be built, and the cooperative education managing mechanism combining individual development and flexibility management also has to be established, which is an important key to promote the rapid growth of the top-notch innovative engineering leading talents.

Abstract:Based on the strategic background of the transformation of pharmaceutical research from generic drugs to original innovative drugs, the current situation of pharmaceutical personnel training in China and the problems existing in the process of pharmaceutical personnel training in colleges and universities were summarized in this paper, and some suggestions on the cultivation of innovative pharmaceutical personnel in China were proposed after investigation and visits to the industry and academia. Innovative pharmaceutical talents should have innovation consciousness, an international vision, interdisciplinary capabilities, a realistic and practical attitude, a strong sense of social responsibility, a good teamwork spirit, and excellent communication skills, thus to better meet the needs for elite pharmaceutical talents for national, local, and industrial development.

Abstract:Making great efforts to train innovative talents is the priority of human resource development in universities, and the science majors in engineering colleges should rapidly perfect the cultivation mode of innovative talents conforming to their own characteristics.The paper discusses the cultivation mode of inter-disciplinary and innovative talents in the province first-class major of materials chemistry at Harbin Institute of Technology.We develop a novel talent training model with engineering characteristics by carrying out a series of measures such as teaching reform, strengthening practice, classified cultivation, forming an innovative talent training model with the characteristics of combining science and technology.

Abstract:This study is based on the 2012 year class of Mining Engineering Specialty in Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology. In view of the problems in talent orientation training mode, curriculum system, practice teaching and graduation design in the training of applied talents of mining engineering, and taking advantage of university-enterprise and university-university education resources, the "Social demand + university-enterprise collaboration" talent orientation and ideological cultivation mode, "employment guidance platform + module" curriculum system and operation mode, "virtual simulation + rotational stints" practice teaching mode, "professional interaction + collaborative innovation" graduation design management and guidance mode are established. The problems in talent demand orientation and consciousness training, curriculum system, dynamic optimization, practical ability and cooperative innovative consciousness training in the implementation process of mining engineering talent training are solved, and an effective path for mining engineering talent training is worked out. After 4 years’practice and exploration, the professional cognition, practice ability and innovation consciousness of students have been improved significantly.

Abstract:Colleges and universities are the cradle for public health talents training. Under the epidemic situation, the new requirements for the construction of public health service system and the promotion of population health, urged us to rethink how to reform the training of public health talents in colleges and universities. This research focused on key problems of the construction and distribution, scale, orientation, and contents of training for various public health talents in colleges and universities. It was suggested to reinforce the balanced development of public health in colleges and universities in various areas in China, to refine interdisciplinary training, to intensively cultivate technical and research-oriented talents, to expand talents within and outside the colleges and universities, as well as to introduce and cultivate public health teachers simultaneously, so as to better play the role of colleges and universities in the training of the public health talents.

Abstract:objective To understand the current situation of rural TCM training and provide advice to improve the development of rural TCM technology personnel training in our country Methods Rural TCM technical trainees were investigated by questionnaires.Results 95.0% of trainees considered that they need TCM training,and there was significant difference among the different specialized technical qualification trainees(P<0.001).75.3% of trainees had completely or basically mastered the appropriate technology that be trained,and there was significant difference among different placesc(P<0.001).The mastering status in different technologies had statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion Specialized technical qualification,indispensable conditions of training,and the characteristics of different technology should be concerned in the specific training.Supportive polices also need to be set up.
