Abstract:In order to inherit numerically the attractor of the (random) reversible Selkov lattice equation, we propose an implicit Euler scheme (IES) in temporal direction to derive the existence of the numerical attractor. We provide a rigorous demonstration of the upper semi-continuous convergence of the numerical attractor to the global attractor when the step size is small enough. Meanwhile, we provide numerical, random, and global attractors with finite-dimensional approximation, thereby obtaining the existence of truncated attractors as the state space dimension tends to infinity. Based on the establishment of existence of random attractor, it is shown that the truncated random attractor converges upper semi-continuously to the truncated global attractor as the intensity of noise goes to zero.

Abstract:The objective of this paper is to study the asymptotic behavior of solutions, in terms of the upper semi-continuous property of random attractor, of the Cahn-Hilliard-Navier-Stokes system with small additive noise. We prove the existence of a random attractor for the Cahn-Hilliard-Navier-Stokes system with small additive noise. Furthermore, we consider the stability of global attractor and prove the random attractor of the Cahn-Hilliard-Navier-Stokes system with small additive noise will convergent to the global attractor of the unperturbed Cahn-Hilliard-Navier-Stokes system when the parameter of the perturbation epsilon tends to zero.

Abstract:In this paper, we study the upper semicontinuity ofthe uniform attractors for the second order nonautonomous lattice systemsdriven almost periodic force with respect tothe coefficient of the second order derivative term under Hausdorffsemidistance. First, we present the existence of uniform attractors for thesecond order nonautonomous lattice systems and the corresponding first order nonautonomous lattice systems under certain conditions, respectively. Then we consider the relationship between these two uniform attractors when the coefficient of the second derivation term tendsto zero. The method is to construct a new set in the phase space of thesecond order lattice systems such that the uniform attractorof the first order lattice system is naturally embedded intothis set as the first component, and prove that the uniform attractors forthe second order nonautonomous lattice system can enter any neighborhood of thisset when the coefficient of the second derivation term is small enough. Finally,we discuss the upper semicontinuity of the uniform attractors of the secondorder nonautonomous lattice systems at any positive coefficient of the secondderivative term.

Abstract:This paper is devoted to the study of the asymptotic dynamics of the stochastic damped sine-Gordon equation with homogeneous Neumann boundary condition. It is shown that for any positive damping and diffusion coefficients, the equation possesses a random attractor, and when the damping and diffusion coefficients are sufficiently large, the random attractor is a one-dimensional random horizontal curve regardless of the strength of noise. Hence its dynamics is not chaotic. It is also shown that the equation has a rotation number provided that the damping and diffusion coefficients are sufficiently large, which implies that the solutions tend to oscillate with the same frequency eventually and the so called frequency locking is successful.

Abstract:From both microscopic and macroscopic aspects, we study both discrete and random approximations of the global attractor for a nonlocal lattice dynamical system. First, we establish an abstract Taylor expansion and obtain a global attractor for the continuous-time system. Second, for the discrete-time nonlocal lattice equation via the implicit Euler scheme, we prove the existence of numerical attractors for small time-sizes, and establish the upper semicontinuity of the numerical attractors towards the global attractor as the time-size tends to zero, while the abstract Taylor expansion and error estimation play key roles in the proof. Third, for the random nonlocal lattice equation driven by nonlinear colored noise, we show the existence and upper semicontinuity of random attractors towards the global attractor when the noise-size goes to infinity. Fourth, we establish optimal bounds and several continuities of numerical attractors as well as random attractors under the Hausdorff metric.

Abstract:We study the long time behavior of the solutions to the 2D stochastic quasi-geostrophic equation on $\mathbb{T}^2$ driven by additive noise and real linear multiplicative noise in the subcritical case (i.e. $\alpha>1/2$) by proving the existence of a random attractor. The key point for the proof is the exponential decay of the $L^p$-norm and a boot-strapping argument. The upper semicontinuity of random attractors is also established. Moreover, if the viscosity constant is large enough, the system has a trivial random attractor.

Abstract:We mainly consider the existence of random uniform exponential attractors for Schrödinger lattice systems with quasi-periodic forces and multiplicative white noise. We first give an existence criterion for a random uniform exponential attractor for a jointly continuous non-autonomous random dynamical system (NRDS) defined on the space of infinite sequences with complex-valued components. Then we transfer the considered stochastic Schrödinger lattice system into a random system with random parameters and quasi-periodic forces without white noise through Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process, whose solutions generate a jointly continuous NRDS. Thirdly, we prove the existence of a uniform absorbing random set for this NRDS. Fourthly, we construct a bounded closed random set and verify the Lipschitz continuity of the NRDS on this random set, and next we decompose the difference between two solutions into a sum of two parts including some random variables with bounded expectation. Finally, we obtain the existence of a random uniform exponential attractor for the considered system.

Abstract:For a nonautonomous random dynamical system, we introduce a concept of a pullback random bi-spatial attractor (PRBA). We prove an existence theorem of a PRBA, which includes its measurability, compactness and attraction in the regular space. We then establish the residual dense continuity of a family of PRBAs from a parameter space into the space of all compact subsets of the regular space equipped by Hausdorff metric. The abstract results are illustrated in the nonautonomous random quasilinear equation driven by nonlinear colored noise, where the size of noise belongs to and the infinite size corresponds to the deterministic equation. The application results are the existence and residual dense continuity of PRBAs on in both square and p -order Lebesgue spaces, where . The lower semi-continuity of attractors in the regular space seems to be a new subject even for an autonomous deterministic system.

Abstract:We study both numerical and random approximations of the global attractor for the nonlinear Schrodinger lattice equation. First, for a discrete-time Schrodinger lattice equation via the implicit Euler scheme, we prove the existence and upper semicontinuity of numerical attractors towards the global attractor when the time-size tends to zero, while a new Taylor expansion in the Hilbert space plays key role in the proof. Second, we consider the random Schrodinger lattice equation and prove the upper semicontinuity from the random attractor to the global attractor when the noise-coefficient goes to zero. Third, we show the optimal bounds and lower semicontinuity of the three (global, numerical, random) attractors with respect to the external force and dissipative constant, respectively.

The main result is applicable to various types of SPDE such as stochastic Burgers type equations, stochastic 2D Navier-Stokes equations, the stochastic 3D Leray-$\alpha$ model, stochastic power law fluids, the stochastic Ladyzhenskaya model, stochastic Cahn-Hilliard type equations, stochastic Kuramoto-Sivashinsky type equations, stochastic porous media equations and stochastic $p$-Laplace equations.

Abstract:In this paper, we study the long-term asymptotic behaviour of solutions to the stochastic Zakharov lattice equation with multiplicative white noise. We first transfer the stochastic lattice equation into a random lattice equation and prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions which generate a random dynamical system. Then we consider the existence of a tempered random bounded absorbing set and a random attractor for the system. Finally we establish the upper semi-continuity of random attractor to the global attractor of the limiting system as the coefficients of the white noise terms tend to zero.

Abstract:We prove the existence of a compact random attractor for the stochastic Benjamin-Bona-Mahony Equation defined on an unbounded domain. This random attractor is invariant and attracts every pulled-back tempered random set under the forward flow. The asymptotic compactness of the random dynamical system is established by a tail-estimates method, which shows that the solutions are uniformly asymptotically small when space and time variables approach infinity.

Abstract:We examine the limiting dynamics of a class of non-autonomous stochastic Ginzburg-Landau equations driven by multiplicative noise and deterministic non-autonomous terms defined on thin domains. The existence and uniqueness of tempered pullback random attractors are established for the stochastic Ginzburg-Landau systems defined on (n + 1)-dimensional narrow domain. In addition, the upper semicontinuity of these attractors is obtained when a family of (n + 1)-dimensional thin domains collapses onto an n-dimensional domain.

Abstract:In this paper, we prove the existence of a random exponential attractor (a positively invariant, compact, random set with finite fractal dimension that attracts any trajectory exponentially) for the 3D non-autonomous damped Navier–Stokes equation with additive noise, which implies that the asymptotic behavior of solutions for the equation can be described by finite independent parameters. The key and difficult point of this proof lies in proving the Lipschitz continuity and the random squeezing property in mean sense for the non-autonomous random dynamical system generated by solutions of the equation.

Abstract:This paper is concerned with weak pullback mean random attractor of reversible Selkov lattice systems defined on the entire integer set $\mathbb{Z}$ driven by locally Lipschitz Lévy noises. Firstly, we formulate the stochastic lattice equations to an abstract system defined in the non-concrete space $\ell^2\times\ell^2$ of square-summable sequences. Secondly, we establish the global well-posedness of the systems with locally Lipschitz diffusion terms. Under certain conditions, we show that the long-time dynamics can be captured by a weakly compact and weakly attracting mean random attractor in the Bochner space $L^2(\Omega,\ell^2\times\ell^2)$. To overcome the difficulty caused by the drift and diffusion terms, we adopt a stopping time technique to prove the convergence of solutions in probability. The mean random dynamical systems theory proposed by Wang (J. Differ. Equ., 31:2177-2204, 2019) is used to deal with the difficulty caused by the nonlinear noise.
